Future Talent RCM is hiring experienced RCM Specialists for its onsite team. Candidates with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, AR follow-up, denial management, eligibility verification, and claims processing are encouraged to apply.

Position: RCM Specialist

Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and benefits (VOB).
• Manage authorizations and referrals.
• Perform AR follow-up and denial management.
• Handle medical billing and claims processing.
• Manage reporting and account-related activities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.
• Support key US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes.

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Medical Billing or RCM experience.
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or Accounting/Finance background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to manage RCM responsibilities effectively.
• Medical coding experience is considered a plus.
