SimiTree is hiring 5 Healthcare Accounts Receivable Specialists to join its Post-Acute Revenue Cycle Management team. This is a remote opportunity for experienced AR professionals currently working with a reputed RCM company and having strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and denial management.
SimiTree provides outsourced services, consulting, and technology to the Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, and Behavioral Health industries, helping healthcare providers optimize their operations, revenue, and clinical performance.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on unpaid and denied claims across all payer types.
- Handle denial management, claim resolution, and documentation.
- Perform eligibility and authorization verification through payer portals and EMR systems.
- Prioritize aged and high-dollar claims.
- Rebill corrected claims using ARbor.
- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.
- Collaborate with the US-based RCM team to support effective AR operations.
Requirements / Skills
- Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Must currently be working with a reputed RCM company with hands-on AR experience.
- In-depth understanding of medical billing and insurance guidelines.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Exceptional spoken and written English fluency.
- Strong claim follow-up, denial management, and documentation skills.
