MedCare MSO is hiring an AR Representative for its onsite team in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of medical billing experience are encouraged to apply.
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily work reports and manage denial buckets efficiently.
- Resolve outstanding denials and pending claims.
- Perform payment hunting on pending claims.
- Conduct insurance calling and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with the American healthcare calendar.
- Maintain timely claim processing.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical billing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
