Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily RCM workflows and oversee team performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), quality standards, and turnaround times.
- Improve operational processes and resolve workflow-related issues.
- Coordinate with teams to optimize revenue-cycle outcomes.
- Support efficient medical billing operations, claims management, denial handling, and AR follow-up.
- Monitor operational reporting and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
- Experience in team leadership and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of medical billing, claims, denials, accounts receivable (AR) follow-up, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
