SPECIALTY EXPERIENCE
Candidates with hands-on experience in the following specialties will be preferred:
Podiatry
Urgent Care
DME
Internal Medicine
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM
Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Medical Billing process
Good knowledge of claims, AR, denials, payment posting and insurance follow-up
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to support, guide and monitor team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Team in managing day-to-day billing operations
Handle complex billing issues and escalations
Support team members with billing-related queries
Monitor claims, AR, denials and follow-ups
Coordinate with management and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Take responsibility for the team in the absence of the supervisor
