Key Responsibilities
- Support Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Work on appeals and claim follow-ups.
- Handle insurance calls.
- Handle patient calls.
- Support billing activities across multiple specialties.
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing or AR.
- Good knowledge of U.S. insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.
- Experience with multiple specialties.
- Hands-on experience with appeals and follow-ups.
- Experience handling insurance and patient calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
