- Good understanding of U.S. healthcare processes and CCM workflows.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and chronic disease management.
- Strong patient communication and follow-up skills.
- Accurate documentation and data-entry skills.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet productivity targets.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
