Key Responsibilities
- Process provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications.
- Verify provider licenses, certifications, education, and professional history.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers regarding credentialing updates.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements and industry standards.
- Update and manage provider information in internal systems.
- Track application status and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing reports and credentialing-related documentation.
Requirements / Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in credentialing or related healthcare processes.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
