Key Responsibilities
- Manage dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations independently.
- Handle dental insurance verification and claim submissions.
- Perform payment posting and maintain accurate payment records.
- Manage claim denials and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR).
- Support billing workflows for PPO and Medi-Cal insurance plans.
- Use Dentrix to support dental billing and RCM activities.
Requirements / Skills
- Experience working with California-based dental practices.
- Hands-on proficiency in Dentrix.
- Strong knowledge of PPO and Medi-Cal billing and claim submission.
- Experience in insurance verification, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Ability to manage dental RCM operations independently.
