Healthrix is hiring an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Application & Configuration Specialist in Lahore to manage and support eCW across a healthcare organization operating 14+ locations, including primary care, specialty clinics, labs, and hospital services.

Experience Required: 2+ years of hands-on experience with eCW or similar EMR/EHR systems

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new providers, departments, and locations on eClinicalWorks.
• Coordinate data migration, interfaces, billing, enrollment, and workflow configuration.
• Manage eCW configurations, user logins, roles, access rights, permissions, and reporting access.
• Configure and maintain workflows for clinics, labs, hospital services, and billing departments.
• Research and implement new eCW functionalities and system updates.
• Troubleshoot configuration and access-related issues.
• Train users and provide ongoing system support.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, RCM, and operational teams.
• Coordinate with eCW or vendor support when escalation is required.

Requirements / Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong experience in EMR configuration, administration, and workflow setup.
• Healthcare or US healthcare workflow knowledge is preferred.
• Good understanding of medical terminology.
• Prior knowledge of Managed Care Principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
