Key Responsibilities
- Submit and manage medical claims for U.S. healthcare providers.
- Perform payment posting and payment reconciliation.
- Handle denial management.
- Work on claim rejections and appeals.
- Conduct Accounts Receivable follow-ups to support timely payments.
- Identify billing discrepancies and resolve claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records.
- Meet assigned productivity targets.
Requirements / Skills
- Hands-on experience in U.S. Medical Billing.
- Familiarity with insurance payer portals.
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures.
