Vigilant Medical Group Co Ltd is expanding its Revenue Cycle Management team and is looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced AR Specialists to join our growing workforce.

📍 Position: AR Specialist (Accounts Receivable)

📍 Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
📍 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Medical Billing AR Follow-Up Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with commercial insurance companies, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers' Compensation, and other payers regarding unpaid and underpaid claims.
• Review claim denials, payment discrepancies, and rejections to identify root causes and initiate corrective actions.
• Submit claim reconsiderations, corrected claims, and appeals with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and prioritize accounts for timely collections.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, claim status, and reimbursement information.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all claim activity, payer communications, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with providers, coders, payment posting teams, and denial management teams to resolve billing issues.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets established by management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Billing AR Follow-Up experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processing and reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience working with commercial insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers' Compensation claims.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, and medical billing guidelines.
• Familiarity with EHR/Practice Management systems and payer portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
