Strong communication skills, preferably with an American Accent.
Prior experience in an international call center will be preferred.
Abillity to effectively engage and communicate with patients.
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to do night shift (5:00 pm till 2:00 am)
Individuals with experience in companies like IBEX, Mindbridge, or similar reputed organizations are encouraged to apply.
