RCM Nexus (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Operations – Billing to lead and oversee our medical billing operations.
Location: Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Position: Manager Operations – Billing
Salary: Market-Competitive – Based on Experience & Interview
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day medical billing operations.
- Supervise billing teams and ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs, quality, collections, AR, and overall operational performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve billing efficiency and revenue cycle performance.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management to maintain smooth workflow.
- Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience in medical billing/RCM operations, including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational targets.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, AR, denials, and collections.
