Manifest Solutions is hiring an experienced Manager Operations – RCM (Medical Billing) for its team in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The role is intended for senior professionals with extensive experience in U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, operations leadership, client management, and process optimization.
Managerial Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years as Manager Operations – RCM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RCM operations and workflow performance.
- Lead client onboarding and implementation activities.
- Handle client communication and relationship management.
- Manage teams and monitor operational performance.
- Optimize processes and workflows.
- Oversee operational reporting.
- Handle client meetings and escalations.
- Support multiple specialties and international client communication.
- Oversee key RCM areas including claims, denials, AR, payment posting, and compliance.
Requirements / Skills
- 7–8+ years of overall experience in the Medical Billing / RCM industry.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Manager Operations – RCM in a reputable company.
- Strong expertise in client onboarding and implementation.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong team management capabilities.
- Experience with process optimization and workflow monitoring.
- Strong operational reporting skills.
- Excellent understanding of U.S. healthcare billing.
- Strong knowledge of claims, denials, Accounts Receivable, payment posting, and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and escalations.
- Experience managing multiple specialties and international client communication is highly preferred.
