- Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unpaid/denied claims with insurance companies
- Work on claim rejections and denials (appeals & corrections)
- Check claim status via portals and calls
- Maintain accurate AR reports and documentation
- Communicate effectively with payers and internal team
- Production Representative (Charge Entry / Claim Submission)
Responsibilities:
- Accurate charge entry from superbills/EMR
- Verify patient demographics & insurance details
- Ensure correct CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers usage
- Submit clean claims to clearinghouses
- Fix front-end rejections promptly
- Maintain daily productivity & quality standards
- Fresh Graduates
- Strong communication & attention to detail
- Ability to meet daily targets
