🚨 We’re Hiring: AR Specialist (2)– Medical Billing (Only Males)
Cursa Health is looking for an experienced AR Specialist to join our Medical Billing team.
📍 Location: Rawalpindi
🏢 Office: Medfit Plaza, Opposite Holy Family Hospital, Gate #3
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years in US Medical Billing / AR
- Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
- Handle claim denials, rejections & underpayments
- Check claim status with insurance payers
- Review EOBs/ERAs and payment issues
- Work on aged AR accounts
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on US Medical Billing / AR experience — Mandatory
- Good knowledge of insurance claims & payer processes
- Experience in AR follow-up, denials & rejections
- Basic EOB/ERA understanding
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
