ClaimFlow is hiring a Medical Billing Executive for its Production Department in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. This day-shift opportunity is open to female candidates with hands-on experience in claim submission, payment posting, denials, rejections, follow-ups, and basic AR processes.
Department: Production – Medical Billing
Candidate Requirement: Female candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit claims to insurance payers.
- Post payments from ERA/EOB, checks, and ACH.
- Follow up on claim status and pending payments.
- Review and work on claim rejections and denials.
- Handle claim resubmissions and claim edits.
- Maintain accurate billing and claim records.
- Reconcile patient and insurance balances.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth claim resolution.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements / Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in Medical Billing Production.
- Graduate from a reputable HEC-recognized university.
- Hands-on experience with claim submission, payment posting, and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of ERA/EOB, claim denials, and basic Accounts Receivable processes.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical billing software such as CareCloud, Tebra, Kareo, or eClinicalWorks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
