Position: Medical Billing Specialist
📍 Location: DHA, Lahore — On-site
🕒 Shift: Night Shift | 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT
Join our Med Tek Department as a Medical Billing Specialist and become an integral part of our US healthcare billing operations. We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in US medical billing who understands the complete billing process, from charge entry and claim submission to payment posting, denials, AR, and follow-ups.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in US medical billing
- Strong understanding of the complete medical billing cycle
- Hands-on experience with:
- Charge entry and claim submission
- Eligibility and benefits verification
- Payment posting and reconciliation
- EOB/ERA analysis
- AR follow-up and account resolution
- Denial management and appeals
- Patient billing and account inquiries
- Insurance verification and claim status follow-up
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and US healthcare regulations
- Experience with medical billing/EHR systems such as Kareo, eClinicalWorks (ECW), AdvancedMD, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
