Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medical billing team activities.
- Oversee core U.S. Healthcare RCM processes.
- Support claims, Accounts Receivable, denials, charge entry, and payment posting operations.
- Handle team-related operational issues.
- Support problem resolution across billing workflows.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Billing or RCM experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Knowledge of core RCM processes.
- Team handling and leadership experience.
- Good knowledge of claims, AR, denials, charge entry, and payment posting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Candidates comfortable working onsite during the night shift are preferred.
