HRMD Solutions is actively hiring Medical Scribes with at least 1 year of experience in real-time medical documentation. If you are detail-oriented, experienced with EMR systems like Athena, ECW, or IClinic, and can thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments, we want you on our team.

This is a strictly on-site role that requires high precision in documenting patient encounters and maintaining accurate clinical data.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ

  • Accurately document patient encounters, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and lab results
  • Assist physicians by maintaining updated and accurate medical records
  • Use EMR software (Athena / ECW / IClinic) to record clinical data in real time
  • Attend virtual or in-person consultations and chart narrative summaries
  • Ensure proper grammar, medical terminology, and compliance with HIPAA and clinic guidelines

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real-time medical documentation
  • Technical: Proficiency with EMRs like Athena, ECW, or IClinic
  • Skills: Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows
  • Communication: Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills
  • Shift: Must be able to work Night Shift (๐Ÿ” ๐๐Œ โ€“ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐€๐Œ)
  • Specialty: Experience in Internal Medicine, Pain Management, or Podiatry is a plus
