Key Responsibilities
- Support MIPS compliance and submission processes.
- Work with MIPS requirements and CMS guidelines.
- Handle research and data analysis related to MIPS and compliance.
- Support RCM processes including insurance verification, claims submission, and billing data management.
- Assist with problem-solving and organization of compliance-related activities.
Requirements / Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of MIPS requirements.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and submission processes.
- Understanding of CMS guidelines.
- Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience with insurance verification, claims submission, and billing data management.
- Strong research, data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Prior healthcare billing or compliance experience is preferred.
