Healthrix is hiring for a Patient Scheduling position. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience and mandatory hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) are encouraged to apply.
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Preferred Qualification: Medical degree or healthcare-related qualification
Software Requirement: Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Communicate with patients through text messaging using Weave or other scheduling platforms.
- Maintain accurate patient scheduling records and appointment details.
- Manage appointment cancellations and follow-up requests.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with patients.
- Coordinate with the medical team to maintain an organized appointment schedule.

- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is mandatory.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- A medical degree or healthcare-related qualification is preferred.
