Progressive Resource Group is hiring an experienced Prior Authorization Executive (US Medical Billing – MVA Specialty) for its team in Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore. The role is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in US medical billing, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases, prior authorizations, and insurance benefits verification.
Shift Timing: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM (PKT)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle prior authorization activities for MVA-related cases.
- Perform patient eligibility and insurance benefits verification.
- Work with auto insurance benefits and related documentation.
- Coordinate authorization-related processes involving insurance companies and attorneys.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on pending authorizations.
- Apply knowledge of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience in US medical billing, specifically in the MVA specialty.
- Previous experience in prior authorization, patient eligibility verification, and insurance benefits verification.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with MVA prior authorizations, auto insurance benefits, attorneys, and related documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
