360 Medical Billing Experts is hiring an experienced Production Executive – US Medical Billing for its team in Lahore. The role is focused on payment posting, charge entry, claim submission, insurance payment processing, and other core medical billing production activities.
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform payment posting.
- Process insurance payments using EOBs and ERAs.
- Handle charge entry.
- Submit medical claims.
- Review and work on claim rejections.
- Support day-to-day U.S. medical billing production workflows.
- Maintain accuracy in billing activities.
- Meet daily productivity targets.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in U.S. Medical Billing.
- Hands-on payment posting experience is required.
- Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, and insurance payment processing.
- Experience with charge entry and claim submission.
- Understanding of CPT and ICD-10.
- Knowledge of claim rejections.
- Good understanding of the U.S. Medical Billing workflow.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet productivity targets.
