📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze calls for interactions: Monitor and functional calls & headset of- duration and anxalys matic- and dotation.
- Conduct Audits & Compliance checks: Conduct audits & ausits compliance checks for measures and student agent's checks.
- Identify Performance Gaps: Identify performance king property and analysis.
- Provide structured Feedback: Provide agent and fholed communication appts.
📌 Requirements:
- Bachelor's in relevant field
- 2-4 years QA experience (especially in BPO for USA campaigns)
- Strong English skills
- Analytical & Problem-Solving
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness for USA night shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)
