Experience Required: 5+ years

#### Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations.
• Supervise billing, Accounts Receivable, claims, denials, and payment processes.
• Monitor team performance and operational efficiency.
• Handle client communication and resolve operational concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Lead and mentor the RCM team.

#### Requirements / Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Billing/RCM.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.

Position 2: Business Development Manager

Experience Required: 5+ years

#### Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities within the U.S. healthcare market.
• Work toward business development and revenue targets.

#### Requirements / Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Medical Billing or Healthcare RCM experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
