Key Responsibilities
- Handle Cardiology medical billing and RCM activities.
- Work on claims processing.
- Perform payment posting.
- Conduct Accounts Receivable follow-up.
- Handle denial management and claim resolution.
- Identify billing issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Work according to insurance guidelines and payer requirements.
Requirements / Skills
- Prior Cardiology specialty billing experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the complete Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
- Good understanding of insurance guidelines and payer requirements.
- Knowledge of medical billing workflows.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
