Key Responsibilities
- Support U.S. medical billing activities.
- Handle insurance and patient calls.
- Work on claim follow-ups and appeals.
- Use medical billing software as part of day-to-day billing operations.
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in U.S. medical billing.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with appeals, follow-ups, insurance calls, and patient calls.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Familiarity with medical billing software.
