🚨 We’re Hiring – Senior RCM Professional

I’m currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Senior Team Lead – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team.

This role is specifically for someone who has independently managed medical practices/accounts and is confident taking ownership without requiring constant supervision.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with:

• Independently managing end-to-end RCM operations
• Handling multiple medical practices/accounts
• Leading client meetings and communicating directly with US-based clients
• A/R follow-up, denial management, billing, and collections
• Identifying operational issues and presenting solutions to clients
• Managing and guiding billing/AR teams
• Preparing reports and discussing performance, challenges, and action plans with clients
• Taking complete ownership and accountability for assigned practices

We’re looking for someone who can lead, communicate, troubleshoot, and make decisions — not just manage day-to-day tasks.
