Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the medical billing team.
- Support complete Revenue Cycle Management operations.
- Oversee claims, Accounts Receivable, and denial management.
- Support payment posting and insurance follow-up.
- Monitor team performance.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day medical billing operations.
Requirements / Skills
- Overall experience in Medical Billing and RCM.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
- Strong knowledge of complete RCM processes.
- Good understanding of claims, AR, and denial management.
- Knowledge of payment posting and insurance follow-up.
- Team management and performance monitoring experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
