Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AR/RCM team operations.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, denial management, and aging activities.
- Monitor team performance and support operational accountability.
- Communicate with U.S. clients.
- Handle client reporting and performance-related updates.
Requirements / Skills
- 5+ years of U.S. Healthcare AR/RCM experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of Team Leader experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, and Aging.
- Proven team management and performance leadership experience.
- Strong U.S. client communication skills.
- Strong reporting skills.
