AR Executive

Progressive Resource Group is hiring an AR Executive – US Medical Billing for its Lahore office. The role focuses on Accounts Receivable follow-up, claim status checks, denial resolution, and outstanding balance management, with MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) experience preferred.

Position: AR Executive – US Medical Billing
Company: Progressive Resource Group
Location: Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM (PKT)
Salary: PKR 65,000–80,000
Experience Required: Up to 2 years
Specialty: MVA preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable follow-up for US medical billing claims.
• Review and resolve denied or unpaid claims with insurance companies.
• Contact insurance payers to check claim status and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and claim resolution in the billing system.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.

Requirements / Skills

• Up to 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in the same field is required.
• MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) claims experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift.
• Female candidates will be preferred.
• Must be a permanent resident of Lahore.
