Resilient Medical Billing Services is hiring a Credentialing Team Lead for its US Healthcare Operations in Rawalpindi. The role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in provider credentialing, enrollment, payer follow-ups, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage US healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment activities.
• Handle provider enrollment, re-credentialing, and revalidation.
• Work with CAQH, NPI/NPPES, and PECOS.
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payer enrollment processes.
• Complete provider applications and perform payer follow-ups.
• Track licenses, certifications, and DEA records.
• Handle demographic updates and resolve enrollment discrepancies.
• Manage enrollment issues and denials.
• Support and supervise credentialing team activities.

Requirements / Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on US Healthcare Credentialing experience.
• Strong understanding of provider enrollment, re-credentialing, and revalidation.
• Expertise in CAQH, NPI/NPPES, and PECOS.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payers.
• Experience with provider applications and payer follow-ups.
• Knowledge of license, certification, and DEA tracking.
• Experience resolving demographic discrepancies, enrollment issues, and denials.
• Previous Team Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, ownership, and team-management skills.
