Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient and customer queries and provide professional support.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Manage payment collections and outstanding balances.
• Perform debt follow-ups.
• Coordinate payment settlements.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Provide timely updates and support patient care activities.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Professional patient and customer handling abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
