Qualification: Graduation or Bachelors in English Linguistics

📋 Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or nat in a professional and empathetic manner
Provide accurate information about services, treatments, billing, insurance, and appointment details
Verify insurance eligibility and explain patient benefits
Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders
Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions in the system
Educate patients about payment options, financial assistance, and policies
Follow up with patients for outstanding information or documentation
Ensure patient satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experience
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
