Key Responsibilities
- Handle inpatient authorizations.
- Handle outpatient authorizations.
- Perform authorization-related follow-up.
- Work with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and DrChrono.
Requirements / Skills
- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient authorizations.
- Cardiology experience is preferred.
- Experience with eCW and DrChrono.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good follow-up skills.
