Connexus Cure is hiring an experienced BHRF Medical Biller to join its growing team in Gulberg, Lahore. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare billing, particularly Behavioral Health Residential Facilities (BHRF), residential behavioral health claims, and insurance reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing for U.S.-based Behavioral Health Residential Facilities (BHRFs).
- Submit and track insurance claims.
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups, denial management, appeals, and underpayment investigations.
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements.
- Monitor prior authorizations and continued-stay approvals to help reduce claim denials.
- Post insurance payments, review EOBs/ERAs, and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Communicate with U.S. insurance payers and resolve billing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records.
- Prepare regular AR aging and revenue reports.
Requirements / Skills
- Direct BHRF or residential behavioral health billing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Medicaid and commercial insurance billing.
- Knowledge of behavioral health billing codes, per-diem reimbursement, and authorization workflows.
- Hands-on experience with claims submission, denial resolution, and AR management.
- Familiarity with insurance portals, clearinghouses, and medical billing software.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
