An opportunity is available for an experienced Credentialing Team Lead to lead credentialing operations and supervise a team of professionals in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Candidates with strong US healthcare credentialing experience, leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of provider enrollment processes are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the credentialing team.
- Oversee provider enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing processes.
- Manage CAQH, PECOS, NPI, and insurance payer portals.
- Ensure timely application submissions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with insurance payers to resolve credentialing-related issues.
- Monitor team performance, accuracy, and productivity.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPI, and insurance payer enrollment processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and team management abilities.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
