Key Responsibilities
- Process provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications accurately.
- Verify provider licenses, certifications, education, and professional history.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and providers for credentialing updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Update provider information in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements and industry standards.
- Track credentialing application status and follow up for timely completion.
- Assist in preparing credentialing-related reports.
Requirements / Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in credentialing or related healthcare processes.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
