Credentialing Specialist

ClaimFlow is hiring an experienced Credentialing Specialist for its Provider Credentialing department in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The role focuses on provider credentialing, enrollment, documentation, insurance follow-ups, and ongoing provider maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Work with CAQH and insurance portals.
• Verify and maintain provider documents, including licenses and certifications.
• Coordinate with insurance networks for application status updates and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submission of enrollment and revalidation requests.
• Maintain credentialing records and update trackers.
• Support ongoing provider maintenance activities.

Requirements / Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in provider credentialing.
• Strong understanding of CAQH, insurance portals, and credentialing processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
