Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging processes.
• Verify and maintain provider licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice insurance, and other credentials.
• Complete and monitor credentialing applications with health plans and facilities.
• Track license and certification expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate provider information in credentialing databases.

Requirements / Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in credentialing or an insurance-related role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
