MediCloud Billing Solution LLC is hiring a Credentialing Specialist for its onsite office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The role focuses on U.S. healthcare provider credentialing and enrollment across Home Health, Dental, and Medical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle U.S. healthcare provider credentialing and enrollment.
- Manage initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and revalidation.
- Process provider demographic updates.
- Work with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Research and verify state-specific and payer-specific credentialing requirements.
- Perform payer follow-ups.
- Manage credentialing activities for multiple providers.
- Maintain and update credentialing records and Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements / Skills
- Experience in U.S. healthcare provider credentialing and enrollment.
- Experience with Home Health, Dental, and Medical Credentialing.
- Knowledge of CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Experience with initial credentialing, re-credentialing, revalidation, and demographic updates.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to independently identify and verify state and payer requirements.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple providers and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining and updating spreadsheets efficiently.
- Ability to work independently.
