A career opportunity is available at Associate Billing Service SMC Pvt. Ltd. for experienced Dental Billing professionals in Lahore. The company is hiring for 10 positions across Eligibility Verification, Claim Submission, Payment Posting, and Accounts Receivable (A/R). Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of dental billing experience are encouraged to apply.
Shift Timing: 06:00 PM–03:00 AM
Working Days: Monday–Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities
1. Eligibility Verification
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Check insurance coverage, copays, and deductibles.
- Confirm and update patient plan information in Open Dental and Eaglesoft.
2. Claim Submission
- Prepare and submit insurance claims.
- Ensure claim accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.
- Track submitted claims and resolve rejections.
3. Payment Posting
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately.
- Reconcile EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).
- Ensure timely and accurate payment posting.
4. Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Follow up on outstanding account balances.
- Contact insurance companies and patients regarding pending payments.
- Maintain accurate A/R reports and aging records.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of dental billing experience (required).
- Experience in eligibility verification and updating patient plans in Open Dental and Eaglesoft.
- Knowledge of dental insurance protocols and payer guidelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in dental billing software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar is a plus.
