QUICK HIRING POST
A remote opportunity is available for an MBBS-qualified Medical Assistant to support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services. Candidates must have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) and excellent English communication skills.
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
EMR/EHR Software: eClinicalWorks (ECW) – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient outreach, routine check-ins, and follow-up calls.
- Assist patients with enrollment, device setup, and proper device use.
- Review patient readings, follow up on missing data, and escalate concerns according to clinic protocols.
- Support medication adherence and provider-approved care plans.
- Document patient interactions, readings, follow-ups, and call durations in eClinicalWorks EMR.
- Coordinate patient care and follow-up needs with the clinical team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy and security policies.
Requirements / Qualifications
- MBBS degree is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (ECW) is mandatory.
- Fluent English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Professional and empathetic phone manner.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and accurate documentation.
- Previous RPM and CCM experience is preferred but not required.
