JHS Professionals is hiring a Medical Biller for its onsite healthcare operations team in Gulberg Green, Islamabad. The role is suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in U.S. medical billing, including claims, insurance follow-up, denial management, AR, payment posting, and revenue cycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate medical claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, rejected, and denied claims.
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
- Handle payment posting and account reconciliation.
- Review and resolve claim denials and billing issues.
- Perform AR follow-ups with insurance payers.
- Maintain accurate patient and billing records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing discrepancies.
- Follow payer guidelines and billing procedures.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Billing.
- Good understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes.
- Experience with claim creation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Knowledge of denial management and AR follow-up.
- Familiarity with insurance verification and eligibility checks.
- Experience with payment posting and account reconciliation.
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple billing tasks efficiently.
