Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical billing activities.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and payments.
- Verify and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate billing records and update the system on time.
- Assist in improving billing processes and ensuring timely collections.
Requirements / Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Medical Billing or Lab Billing.
- Good knowledge of medical billing processes and payer guidelines.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
