Nortec Software is looking for a Senior AR Executive to handle Accounts Receivable operations in medical billing. Candidates with at least one year of experience in Medical Billing or Laboratory Billing and strong claim follow-up skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for medical billing.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and payments.
- Review and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate AR records and update the system promptly.
- Assist in improving AR processes and ensuring timely collections.
Requirements / Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Medical Billing or Lab Billing.
- Good knowledge of medical billing processes and payer guidelines.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
