RCM Professionals – Pain Management

Advanced IT & Healthcare Solutions (AIHS) is expanding its Lahore team and hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions supporting U.S. healthcare operations.

The team supports Premier Pain Centers, a 14-location interventional pain management practice in North Texas, USA, along with its affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).

Job Titles: RCM Professionals – Pain Management
Break: 1 hour

1. RCM Executive
2. Medical Billing Executive
3. Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive
4. Prior Authorization Specialist
5. Credentialing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
• Handle charge entry, claim scrubbing, CPT/ICD-10 coding checks, and clean claim submissions.
• Manage professional and ASC facility billing for interventional pain procedures.
• Handle insurance denials, appeals, payment posting, and AR follow-ups.
• Obtain prior authorizations for injections, Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA), and spinal cord stimulator procedures.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through payer portals.
• Manage provider credentialing, enrollment, re-credentialing, and CAQH profiles.

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 1 year of relevant U.S. healthcare experience.
• Senior-level positions require 3+ years of experience.
• Previous experience must be in Pain Management, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC).
• Knowledge of interventional pain management CPT codes and billing modifiers.
• Hands-on experience with medical billing software and insurance payer portals.
• NextGen experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site during U.S. night shifts.

• Freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates without relevant U.S. healthcare experience are not eligible.
• Relevant specialty experience in Pain Management, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ASC is required.
