Advanced IT & Healthcare Solutions (AIHS) is hiring an experienced Psychiatry Billing Specialist to join its on-site team in Johar Town, Lahore. The team supports Premier Psychiatry, the mental health division of Premier Pain Centers, serving clinics across North Texas, USA.
Candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on U.S. psychiatry billing experience, particularly in behavioral health, TMS, and Spravato billing, are encouraged to apply.
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM
Break: 1 hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete U.S. psychiatry billing cycle.
- Handle psychiatric evaluations, E/M, psychotherapy, and behavioral health claims.
- Manage TMS and Spravato billing.
- Apply accurate CPT codes, modifiers, and Place of Service (POS) codes.
- Handle claim denials, appeals, and accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups.
- Verify insurance eligibility and behavioral health benefits.
- Support prior authorizations and monitor payer requirements.
- Prepare collection, denial, and AR aging reports.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 3 years of U.S. psychiatry billing experience.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health CPT and ICD-10 codes.
- Experience with TMS and/or Spravato billing is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with medical billing software and insurance portals.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
